Open Theme Code
Log into Shopify admin. In the left sidebar, go to:
Online Store → Themes
On your current theme, click the three dots (...) then Edit code.

Open theme.liquid
In the file list on the left, under Layout, click:
theme.liquid
This is the main template file. Scroll to the very bottom.

Paste Before </body>
Find the </body> tag at the bottom. Paste this code right before it:

Replace YOUR-AGENT-ID with the ID from your email.

Save and You're Live!
Click Save in the top right.
Visit your store and refresh. Chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner.
That's it. Your AI agent is live on every page of your store.
