Open Theme Editor
In your Squarespace dashboard, go to Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.

Paste Before </body>
Find the </body> tag and paste your embed code just above it:

Verify
Visit your site in a new tab. Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
